We have been inundated with requests for sensory equipment for children that are still currently shielding. Even though restrictions have been lifted our families are still shielding due to their children being extremely vulnerable. We would like to purchase bespoke sensory tables, sensory resource packs, inflatable sensory rooms and mobile hoists . During lockdown we sampled a few aroma & visual sensory packs, the feedback from the families on these were great, we would love to purchase more of these packs.
There are huge benefits of sensory equipment for children with disabilities and special educational needs. Sensory equipment helps:-
- Improve co-ordination as well as fine/gross motor skills

We have been purchasing sensory equipment for nearly twenty years and cannot express the huge benefits these items bring to children.
