Each Winter many of our children are hospitalised due to hypothermia, pneumonia, respiratory disease and other bacteria/viral infections, whereby fuel poverty has only added to the risks of the safety of our children’s health.
We supplied 100 of our warmer packs. Each pack consists of a fleece blanket, an Oodie wearable blanket, a pair of Warmies soft boots and a handwarmer.
These packs were a life saver to our children last Winter, since many families are forced to turn the heating down, which leaves our children more vulnerable to illness.
